The Problem

As a member of TextNow’s growth team, we were given the sole task of growing TextNow’s user base. With TextNow already being one of the most popular social networking apps on the Google Play Store, growth was slowing and this was a challenge.

The Solution

Instead, we focused our attention on re-packaging TextNow to reach a completely different demographic. We targeted small businesses that we felt would be interested in getting a second phone number for their personal phones to use for business.
